The legend behind Balthazar and Pastis, restaurateur Keith McNally, has teamed up with his leading men, all-star chefs Lee Hanson and Riad Nasr, to revive a hangout once frequented by everyone from Ernest Hemingway to the Beat Poets. Now frequented by Avril Levigne, Kelly Ripa and Sarah Jessica Parker, Minetta Tavern -- with most of its original tavern décor still intact from the 30s -- has the feel of a neo-speakeasy, but with the menu of a Parisian steakhouse.
