Paris Goes Prep at Kitsune

Following France’s World Cup performance, a bit of pep (and prep!) is just what the capital needs.  Just in time, Kitsune has opened a brand new store for its just-launched Parisien line.  Known for their tailored men’s and women’s wear, customers covet well-made basics like luxurious cashmere knits, raw denim, and tailored oxford shirts.  Having previously partnered with brands like APC, Martin Margiela, and Hussein Chalayan, the label is looking inwards for its next endeavor.  According to the brand’s manifesto, Kitsune was born in Paris, lives in Paris, and lives for Paris.  Their new concept boutique is dedicated solely to the style, inspiration, and image of the City of Lights.

Inside, shoppers will find chinos, cardigans, pique cotton polos, and Paris totebags.  Items come in vibrant solid colors like green, light blue, navy, and yellow.  Of course, no store dedicated to the French capital would be complete without ample use of the tricolor: red, royal blue, and white.

Every season, the store will feature a new range of collector’s items and luxury garments.  Each product will be manufactured in France and sold exclusively at the Parisen store.  Almost as fun as the products themselves, each purchase will come in exclusive Paris-themed boxes.  Prêt à Paris!
