Kate Moss Jams — In The Kitchen

Times are a-changing, and partying hard for mom/model Kate Moss seems so yesterday (for the moment).  The darling of fashion has decided to switch gears and get in touch with her inner Martha Stewart by creating a new line of preserves called “Kate’s Damson Jam.”

What exactly is a Damson?  A type of plum, of course.  The likes of which were growing at a furious pace in Moss’ Cotswald garden, giving her no alternative but to jar the fruit and birth a business.  Kate is not a stranger to starting a business (already the owner of her own clothing line and a continuously successful modeling career, not to mention her Longchamp bag collabo), and along with rumored cooking classes from Jamie Oliver, help from billionaire friend Sir Philip Green and tasting notes from Simon Cowell, she is sure to take the jam biz by storm (or at least create quite a stir).
