Hooray for Cynthia Rowley

From her amazing Montauk outpost, to her succession of Swell books to her capsule collections for Target, we are in love with Cynthia Rowley’s creativity and whimsy. Her latest brainchild? An infant and toddler apparel and accessories line called Hooray.

The collection, available exclusively at Babies “R” Us, combines Rowley’s classic, fun designs with even a bit more whimsy than usual, all in pint-sized form.
