Erin Fetherston Spring 2013 Presentation

It was the perfect setting for the ERIN by Erin Fetherston Spring/Summer presentation on the terrace at The Standard with the sun streaming over the Hudson. A true romantic, Erin took her inspiration from an iconic photo of Brigitte Bardot perched in a wicker chair and clad in canary yellow ostrich feathers.

This season the direction was fun and flirty and Erin stayed en pointe with an extensive collection of very pretty dresses, beautifully draped in bright hues of citrus and coral and some from the collection’s  ”kisses” theme. The blush cocktail piece with feather embellishment was a standout as were black and white sheaths with animal detail.

Adding to the hip garden party atmosphere was the debut performance of upcoming music artist Alexandra McDermott. McDermott is featured wearing the collection in the look book and has been creating quite a buzz in the music industry with her upcoming release in early 2013.
