Paloma Contreras is the founder and editor of style blog La Dolce Vita, where she writes about all the elements that make up the sweet life: fashion, interior design, travel, food and inspiring people and places. Never one to keep a good style secret to herself, Paloma looks forward to sharing her love of fashion and décor and reporting on style happenings in Houston and Dallas for PinkMemo. As a self-professed “reluctant suburbanite,” she began writing the blog as a respite for summer boredom in July 2007. After working as a high school Spanish teacher, she decided to move on to more creative and exciting pastures after nearly five years of teaching the Blairs, Serenas, and Gleeks of the world.
