A Connecticut native but city girl at heart, Emily Anatole has always had an admiration for two things: fashion and writing.  From the day she got her first copy of Teen Vogue, she vowed to lead a glamorous life in the Big Apple as a fashion writer.  Fast forward eight years and she is living her dream.  After a stint interning for Anna Sui, Emily has spent her summers in NY working in the Accessories Departments of Lucky and W magazines and as a Fashion Junior Team Member at StyleCaster.  When she is not gallivanting around Manhattan, she is hitting the books at Hobart and William Smith Colleges, where she is double majoring in Writing & Rhetoric and Media & Society.  Although she left the metropolitan area for a small liberal arts school education, Emily refused to let her love for fashion fade.  She dismissed the unofficial uniform of flannels and fleeces and maintains sanity through online shopping and endlessly pursuing blogs.  She joined the ranks of PinkMemo in January 2010 while studying abroad in England.  Now blissfully back in NY, she contributes weekly while also interning at Alloy Entertainment and maintaining her knowledge of celebrity culture.
