Tanya Foster - The Dallas Sophisticate | Pumping new blood into the city is Tanya Foster, who, in her newly appointed role as President & CEO of the Dallas Film Society, is making it her mission to promote the city of Dallas and film making. Part of the planning committee behind the DALLAS International Film Festival, Foster is helping our city celebrate films, honor filmmakers, and provide educational programs – all with the goal of reaching top 10 festival status.
