“My favorite places to shop on any vacation are at the local markets. I love the flea markets in Paris! My favorite is the Marche aux Puces de St-Ouen. I find everything from furniture to vintage jewelry. On a recent trip, I found a vintage Hermes desk set, 10 yards of a vintage trim that I will use on pillows for our library sofa, and my sister, Krystal, bought a vintage Chanel necklace. We always stop for lunch at a little cous cous restaurant.”
The Marche aux Puces de la Porte de Vanves is also fun for vintage clothing and bric-a-brac. The items there are affordable, and it is a fun place to pick up a souvenir.
