Junior League of Dallas Theme Announcement Party 07.09.2010

The Junior League of Dallas (JLD) held their Theme Announcement Party on Thursday, June 10th at the Galerie Zuger, where a full crowd learned that Africa was in the hearts and minds with the chosen theme “Into Africa”. The gallery filled to the brim while guests mingled with JLD President Leigh Anne Haugh, Ball Chair D’Andra Simmons, this year’s Honorary Chair Linda Pitts Custard, and American pianist and band leader Peter Duchin, who, though his main performance will be at the ball in February, flew in specially for the occasion. With delicious fare provided by one of Dallas’ newest dining destinations, Eddie V’s, and Bacardi signature brand cocktails with Grey Goose, Dewars and Bacardi Mojitos, the mood was upbeat and the party so fun everyone’s already excited for the main event!
