Zoo To Do Kick-Off Event 08.12.2010

The theme was Under The Serengeti Sky, and the mood was safari chic at the kick off party for the 2010 Zoo To Do event. Zebra painted models roamed through the crowd of guests, including chairs Don and Ellen Winspear, Dallas Zoo director Gregg Hudson, Lynn Hunt, Mary McDermott Cook and Dallas Zoological Society president Michael Meadows. And while people swayed along with the African drum and dance ensemble, they kept cool by helping themselves to cocktails and hors d’oeuvres provided by Taste of the Wild Dallas Zoo catering. All in all, the evening made for a relaxing jungle adventure, and we can’t wait to get wild at the big event.
