Simply Summer, Simply Shoes Cocktail Reception 08.19.2010

Prettily clad partygoers breezed into the front door of host Amy Turner’s home, grabbed a glass of bubbly, and came together to mix, mingle and celebrate the underwriters of Simply Summer, Simply Shoes benefitting Turtle Creek Recovery Center – and what a soiree it was. As summer’s theme songs played at the hands of DJ Andre, guests such as Co-chairs Kim Lewis-Gleason, Kristen Lippe and Jennifer Lott Smit, Katherine and Eric Reeves, D’Andra Simmons and Colin Duchin, Yvonne Crum and JB Hayes nibbled on lobster BLT’s and watermelon gazpacho, compliments of Wendy Krispin Caterer, and washed it all down with wine, champagne and the signature cocktail of the night, the “Simply Summer Breeze”, courtesy of Brown-Forman. After enjoying the perfect summer evening, the Dallas crowd clicked their heels in anticipation for the big event and walked out the door with gift bags in hand – we’ll see you at the next one!
