Ross Akard Gallery Presents Mercy
To take a look at artist Shannon Niehus' first solo show in Dallas, head to the Ross Akard Gallery this September. Part of the Continuum of Ecstasy series, the show features nine oil on masonite panels and includes The Ecstasy, a soft sculpture and performance piece produced by Niehus and directed by Jonathan Taylor, company member of the Kitchen Dog Theater. To commemorate the start of the show, there will be an opening reception with the artist on September 9th, and a performance of The Ecstasy on September 17th.
