Perfectly Pink and Veritably Vintage! On September 24th, Dallas’ foremost fashion resource, PinkMemo.com partners with RARE Vintage, New York’s premier destination for vintage couture to present one of the most exclusive fashion events of the season. PinkMemo will proudly present RARE owner Juliana Cairone’s finest finds during an invitation only cocktail reception at the Goss - Michael Foundation, followed by a two-day trunk show.
Cocktails and couture combine for an elegant reception featuring outstanding vintage couture pieces and exquisite accessories. Guests will enjoy specialty sips featuring the RAREtini and delicious hors d’oeuvres, whilst perusing elegant vintage ensembles from Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent, Loris Azzaro, Dior, and Thierry Mugler, as well as dresses from Alaia, Herve Leger and Missoni.
Invited guests will be admitted by appointment only to the trunk show following the cocktail reception. Proceeds from the trunk show will benefit the Goss-Michael Scholarship Foundation.

Style360 & Abi Ferrin at NY Fashion Week
Looking beyond Bryant? Fortunately for you, fashion week in New York has come “full circle” with Style360 showcasing alternative Fashion Week presentations and parties. Featuring cutting-edge emerging designers, the shows are set to take place at the historic Metropolitan Pavilion and shall include a series of after-parties for stylish schmoozing, including the American Photo Cover Party hosted by Nigel Barker of America’s Next Top Model and the Russell Simmons ArgyleCulture Collection after-party hosted, hospitably, by Mr. Simmons himself.
Style360 and ‘08 make for a smashing combination, as, this year, Dallas darling Abi Ferrin is prepped to present her spring collection. The fashion fleet will feast on Ferrin’s eye candy the evening of Sunday, September 7th as Style360 kicks off four days of non-stop style stimulation.

The Opening of Samuel Lynne Galleries
Behold a brilliant partnership between celebrated restaurateur Philip Romano and master 3D artist JD Miller with their cultured collaboration, the Samuel Lynne Galleries. Opening this September, the joint gallery space, named after Romano’s son Samuel and Miller’s daughter Jaime Lynne, will showcase the exceptional art of Miller, winner of Fashion Group International’s 2007 Rising Star Award.
Magnificent works and munificent effort come together at the opening reception, which is set to take place inside the gallery’s 11,100 square feet of re-envisioned space in the Design District. Catering is to be provided by Hunger Busters, a community outreach program founded by Romano and his wife that offers healthy meals to those in need.
