A Stampede of Stilettos at Tootsies
The Dallas County affiliate of Susan G. Komen will be conducting the 1st Annual Stiletto Stampede at Tootsies in the Plaza at Preston Center on March 3rd. Presented by IdealHeel and NChantment, the stampede's mission is to raise awareness and prevention of breast cancer among young women through early detection and screening methods.
The first 1,000 registrants will receive a commemorative pair of pink stilettos, and racers will receive a Stiletto Stampede tank and a goody bag. Watch history in the making as this event, a 100-yard dash, will compete for a Guinness Book of World Record for 1,000 people in high heels. All participants will receive a commemorative Guinness Book of World Records event medallion, a race tank and a goodie bag. All of the proceeds will benefit Komen Dallas County Affiliate and rehab programs, so register today!
