BALENCIAGA EXHIBITION AND SYMPOSIUM
AT SMU
For all Haute Couture fans of
Balenciaga and the fashionably
inclined make sure you visit
The Texas Fashion Collection’s
exhibition of ‘Balenciaga
and His Legacy’. Starting
February 4th thru May 27th at
the Meadows Museum of Art this
exhibition is the first presented
in the U.S. in over 20 years.
Diana Vreeland presented the
previous show in the early 1980’s
for the Metropolitan Museum’s
Costume Institute. So with that
said, make sure that this U.S.
venue for the Balenciaga Exhibit
is on your calendar!
Admission is $8 per visitor
and open from Tuesday thru Saturday
from 10am – 5pm and 12pm
-5pm on Sundays.
