Dallas Design Duo of Varela + Brooks Head South to NOLA Fashion Week

The Dallas design duo Isabel Varela and Ashlee Brooks are taking their new Varela + Brooks collection down South to New Orleans.  The talented twosome will show their Spring/Summer collection at NOLA Fashion Week with an exclusive runway show.

The new collection will stay true to the Varela + Brooks way of well- tailored yet feminine pieces. “It is our trademark” Brooks said.

The Varela + Brooks line is not even a year old and is already making waves in the design world. This summer, the girls won first runner-up in the Texas’ Next Top Designer competition, and now they are continuing their success by participating in NOLA Fashion Week.

NOLA Fashion Week was started this year by The New Orleans Fashion Council to support the work of southern designers. This is their second season of runway shows and presentations. Click here for more info regarding NOLA Fashion Week.
