This is, after all, the same female-powerhouse that co-founded Del Frisco’s (and sold it for an unprecedented $23 million), became an award-winning philanthropist and industry leader, and an inspiring mom that makes a point to put her family first despite a busy schedule. Following the success of her first flirt with a wine tasting bar at Cowboy Stadium, Dee opened her first freestanding location in the illustrious Rosewood Court in Uptown. “Life is for living,” she is often heard saying, and living luxuriously is indeed what you’ll do in her new wine room. Experience exploring different wines around the globe while enjoying the likes of caviar, canapés, and artisan cheeses. This really is unlike anything you’ve ever seen. The 4,000 square-foot Italian interior with spiraling staircases, modern lighting, and bubbled walls (Dee’s inspired designs) are filled with state-of-the-art wine dispenses that allow you to take 2 – 6 ounces of high-end wines. (Don’t worry, you can also purchase by glass or bottle.) This unique concept allows you to fill a “debit card” with credits so you can broaden your palate and enjoy different wines. The Rosewood location also boasts the only champagne dispenser in the United States, flown in from Italy to dispense, among others, Dom Perignon and Veuve Clicquot at the perfect temperature. A range of cocktails, wines, and mixed drinks are available, as well as more traditional fine-dining experience on the second floor.
