Cynthia Rowley’s Spring ‘11 Trunk Show: A Smashing Success

When Cynthia Rowley asked me to host her Spring 2011 trunk show I jumped at the opportunity. Rowley is one of my favorite designers, because she understands that fashion is meant to be fun! On February 24, more than 80 fashion enthusiasts from Chicago’s young and hip crowd gathered at Rowley’s Bucktown boutique to socialize, view runway samples, receive free beauty makeovers, and most importantly—shop! Even my fellow PinkMemo blogger Jamie Ng Rose came out to support me! Everyone left smiling, and many left with Cynthia Rowley shopping bags in tow. The event was, hands-down, a smashing success!
